To keep your experience smooth and respectful of everyone’s time, here are Relax & Revive’s massage studio policies for our Phoenix and Peoria locations.
These policies protect your time, our therapists’ time, and the time of every client on our schedule. Thank you for reviewing and honoring them.
Intake Forms
First-time clients must complete and submit all required intake forms at least 24 hours before their appointment. This gives us time to review your form and prepare for a better session. If you don’t submit your forms in time, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you haven’t received your forms, contact us and we’ll resend them promptly.
Late Arrival & No Call/No Show Policy
Late Arrivals
- f you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid delaying other clients. The full session fee still applies, regardless of the shortened time.
- If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled start time, we treat this as a no-show. We cancel the appointment, charge the full session fee, and forfeit the session time.
No Call/No Show
We charge the full session fee to clients who miss their appointment without any notice.
Repeated no call/no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. In some cases, we may discontinue services.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window count as late cancellations and will be subject to the full session fee.
We appreciate your understanding. This policy helps us respect every client’s time and keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

For your comfort and to ensure the best results, please leave all jewelry at home, as it may interfere with your session.
