Have questions about booking, insurance, or what to expect?
Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
Don’t see yours — just give us a call.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Relax & Revive is part of the American Specialty Health (ASH) Network. If your insurance plan includes ASH massage therapy benefits, we may cover your sessions. Check with your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits and any visit limits. We’re happy to help verify coverage before you book.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit includes an intake conversation about your health history, problem areas, and goals. This lets us tailor your session from the start, instead of running a default routine.
Is lymphatic drainage massage covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?
It depends on your plan. As part of the American Specialty Health (ASH) Network, we may be able to bill directly for clients with ASH massage therapy benefits. For other plans or FSA/HSA, coverage often depends on whether the service is tied to a documented medical need, like post-surgical recovery. We’re happy to provide a receipt with service codes if you need one.
Is oncology massage safe during active treatment?
Yes. We specifically design oncology massage to be safe during treatment. We adjust pressure and technique based on your treatment stage and any precautions from your care team. Always let us know your treatment timeline and any medical restrictions before your session.
Which location should I book?
The Ahwatukee location, inside MedLink Health Solutions, has the widest availability. The West Valley location, inside Color Me Bella, is open Thursdays only. Book early if that’s your preferred spot.
Do I need to be a current client to book oncology massage or lymphatic drainage?
No. New clients are welcome for all services. We just ask that you share relevant medical history during intake so we can plan your session safely.
How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book is with the Book Now button on our website. You can also call or text us at 623-281-9484 if you’d rather schedule over the phone.
What should I wear or bring to my session?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best for before and after your session. During the massage itself, we professionally drape you at all times. Just let your therapist know your comfort preferences.
Do you offer on-site chair massage for offices or events?
Yes. We offer on-site chair massage for offices, wellness days, and special events. Reach out to us to discuss scheduling, timing, and details for your group.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. This lets us offer that appointment time to another client.
To reserve your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card on file. This helps us hold your spot and respect the time set aside for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for other clients to receive the care they need, so the following policy applies:
We charge full payment to the card on file for:
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice
- No-shows or missed appointments
Late Arrivals
We’re happy to see you even if you’re running behind. Please note that arriving late will shorten your treatment time so we can stay on schedule for the next client. The full session price still applies.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
We generally consider massage safe after the second trimester. Please let us know if you’re pregnant and how far along you are when you book. This helps us plan your session with safe positioning and techniques in mind.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available both online and in person at either location. Contact us or ask during your visit for details.
I’m not sure which service is right for me — what should I do?
Just let us know your goals, whether that’s relaxation, pain relief, post-surgical recovery, or something else. We’ll help you choose or tailor a session that’s right for you.
