Unify is a health community built around movement training and recovery. It serves everyday life, sport, and post-therapy needs. Founder Shauna has more than 15 years of experience with athletes and everyday clients. Above all, she believes training should improve how you feel and function outside the gym.

At Unify, performance training, rehab principles, and recovery services come together under one roof. In addition, clients train alongside licensed healthcare professionals and experienced coaches. They focus on injury prevention, recovery, and pushing physical limits safely. Shauna was also named Woman Business Owner of the Year 2023–2024 by the Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce.

Starting November 1st, our East Valley practice joins the Unify team. As a result, you can pair strength and mobility work with massage, lymphatic drainage, and more.

Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM)

A nonprofit alliance of educators, therapists, and advocates working so that every person affected by cancer can access safe, oncology-informed massage. S4OM sets education standards and connects clients with trained practitioners.

Why it matters: Cancer treatment changes what the body needs, and oncology training means pressure, positioning, and timing are adjusted safely for you.

Armer Foundation For Kids

An Ahwatukee-based nonprofit, founded in 2019, that eases the financial burden on families whose children face extreme medical conditions, helping with copays, premiums, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs when insurance falls short.
The Healing Touch for Heroes Program delivers safe, tailored oncology massage to children with cancer. The program complements medical treatment by addressing physical and emotional challenges, such as pain, fatigue, anxiety, and treatment side effects.
