At Relax & Revive, our policies are in place to respect your time, our therapists’ time, and the time of every client on our schedule. Thank you for reviewing and honoring them.
Intake Forms
First-time clients must complete and submit all required intake forms at least 24 hours before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
If you have not received your forms, please contact us so they can be resent promptly.
Late Arrival & No Call/No Show Policy
Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their session shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. The full session fee still applies, regardless of the shortened time.
- Clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled start time will be treated as a no-show. The appointment will be cancelled, the full session fee will be charged, and the session time will be forfeited.
No Call/No Show
Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged the full session fee.
Repeated no call/no shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, in some cases, discontinuation of services.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window will be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to the full session fee.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to respect the time of all our clients and keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
