I specialize in therapeutic bodywork that goes beyond relaxation — helping clients recover from surgery, manage chronic pain, calm an overworked nervous system, and simply feel like themselves again.

My approach is clinical where it needs to be, and calm everywhere else. Whether you’re coming in for oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, reiki, pregnancy massage, or a classic deep tissue session, every treatment plan starts with your body, your history, and what you actually need that day — not a one-size-fits-all script.

I’m also currently a student in behavioral health, which shapes how I think about care: the nervous system, the body, and mental well-being aren’t separate systems. A session that helps your shoulders unclench is also helping your mind exhale.

I specialize in helping clients reset the body and restore natural rhythm through intentional, therapeutic touch. My approach blends relaxation, recovery, and detailed care to release deep tension and promote lasting balance.

KJ joined Relax & Revive specializing in reflexology, bringing focused, technique-driven care to every session. Before joining the practice, KJ worked as a teaching assistant at a massage therapy school, giving him a strong technical foundation in bodywork fundamentals. Using targeted pressure on the feet’s reflex points, KJ’s sessions are designed to ease tension and support whole-body relaxation — a favorite for clients looking for something a little different from a traditional massage.

I am the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call Relax & Revive and I am the organized hand behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly. As our Administrative and Marketing Director, I manage appointment scheduling, answers client inquiries, and ensures every visit starts on the right note. I also lead our social media presence, sharing the moments and updates that keep our community connected and informed.

Gracie’s warmth and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Relax & Revive experience — often the first, and most reassuring, point of contact on your wellness journey.
