Wellness through intention.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Relax & Revive was founded by Ann Diaz, LMT (MT-29964), whose own path into massage therapy began during a deeply personal time in her life, when massage offered both physical relief and emotional solace. That experience of being healed through touch inspired Ann to pursue professional training at Phoenix College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated with honors and refined her skills under the mentorship of respected industry professionals. That foundation became Relax & Revive \u2014 a practice built on the belief that every client deserves care that treats them as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In November 2024, Ann opened the doors inside MedLink Health Solutions, starting small and staying close to her clients as the practice found its footing. The response from the community made it clear there was room to grow, and in November 2025, Relax & Revive expanded to a second location in the West Valley \u2014 bringing that same personalized, whole-person approach to more people across the Phoenix area. Alongside growing the practice, Ann also serves as an instructor in a massage therapy clinic program, bringing hands-on clinical training experience into every session offered at Relax & Revive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Today, Relax & Revive is more than one therapist \u2014 it’s a growing team united by that same commitment to whole-person care.
