Thank you for reviewing and honoring them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-brand-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d25f15b99c2bfa4843328eb5a83799ab\">Intake Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First-time clients must complete and submit all required intake forms <strong>at least 24 hours before their appointment<\/strong>. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not received your forms, please contact us so they can be resent promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-brand-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38efa751127da06b60ff4d17b6334189\">Late Arrival &amp; No Call\/No Show Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-brand-teal-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8470e527c8f729afed73be8ea92fefb3\">Late Arrivals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients arriving <strong>more than 5 minutes late<\/strong> may have their session shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. The full session fee still applies, regardless of the shortened time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients arriving <strong>10 minutes or more<\/strong> past their scheduled start time will be treated as a <strong>no-show<\/strong>. The appointment will be cancelled, the full session fee will be charged, and the session time will be <strong>forfeited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-brand-teal-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a1635efc30a54bf011f180dc5d86924\">No Call\/No Show<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without any notice <strong>will be charged the full session fee.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeated no call\/no shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, in some cases, discontinuation of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-brand-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-46c3991c07a25bf5f2cab85b382d711a\">Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We require <strong>at least 24 hours notice<\/strong> for cancellations or rescheduling.
