Your first visit includes an intake conversation about your health history, problem areas, and goals, so your session can be tailored from the start \u2014 not just a default routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It depends on your plan. As part of the American Specialty Health (ASH) Network, we may be able to bill directly for clients with ASH massage therapy benefits. For other plans or FSA\/HSA, coverage often depends on whether the service is tied to a documented medical need, like post-surgical recovery \u2014 we’re happy to provide a receipt with service codes if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes \u2014 Oncology massage is specifically designed to be safe during treatment, with pressure and technique adjusted based on your treatment stage and any precautions from your care team. Always let us know your treatment timeline and any medical restrictions before your session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ahwatukee location (inside MedLink Health Solutions) has the widest availability. The West Valley location (inside Color Me Bella) is open Thursdays only \u2014 book early if that’s your preferred spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No \u2014 new clients are welcome for all services. We just ask that you share relevant medical history during intake so your session can be planned safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflexology is targeted pressure-point work on the feet aimed at whole-body effects. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or near-touch energy practice with no deep pressure at all. Both are calming \u2014 reflexology has a more physical, hands-on feel, while Reiki is quieter and more passive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best for before and after your session. During the massage itself you’ll be professionally draped at all times \u2014 just let your therapist know your comfort preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes \u2014 we offer on-site chair massage for offices, wellness days, and special events. Reach out to us to discuss scheduling, timing, and details for your group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so that appointment time can be offered to another client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To reserve your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card on file. This helps us hold your spot and respect the time set aside for you. Because late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for other clients to receive the care they need, the following policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re happy to see you even if you’re running behind, but please note that arriving late will result in a shortened treatment time so we can stay on schedule for the next client. The full session price still applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
