I specialize in therapeutic bodywork that goes beyond relaxation \u2014 helping clients recover from surgery, manage chronic pain, calm an overworked nervous system, and simply feel like themselves again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My approach is clinical where it needs to be, and calm everywhere else. Whether you’re coming in for oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, reiki, pregnancy massage, or a classic deep tissue session, every treatment plan starts with your body, your history, and what you actually need that day \u2014 not a one-size-fits-all script.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m also currently a student in behavioral health, which shapes how I think about care: the nervous system, the body, and mental well-being aren’t separate systems. A session that helps your shoulders unclench is also helping your mind exhale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
